Thanks for the input. I don't want to buy any more magazines for it, so I guess I'll shoot limited minor with 13+1 and be happy with myself. I just want to have fun with the pistol at OKCGC.

Now my SS 1911 .45 is the gun I want to be competitive with, but I am still not there.

I usually shot the only pistol I owned when I started competing last december. (never been to OKCGC just SCRAP, USSA and the occasional heartland match.) It is a compact ruger 9mm that i bought as a carry gun when i turned 21. I like this gun so much that i bought a full size .40 version of the gun to (better) compete in limited division. (and when i get my feet wet in 3 gun) The SR9c typically got me to the middle of the pack or better despite the caliber and slide length disadvantage.

Point is, shoot what you got and dont be afraid of limited minor. Always a blast for me

Aim small. Miss small.
