Howdy gang,

I took my new scope out for the first time yesterday to shoot at distance. I was out around 280 yards or so and getting my hits on a 8x11" sized target. No angle, no wind... pretty straight forward shot. I felt good as this was my first outing engaging at anything so far away. What size targets should I expect at the major 3-gun matches for rifle? I've seen the flashers and a lot of videos online but never much mention of target size.

Thanks,

Todd

Awesome thanks!  Whats the farthest  distance one could expect to have to engage that size target at?

from what ive seen the targets are easy and the range is short (<300)

Its the stress what will screw you.

I still cant wait for my first 3-gun. Getting kind of setting up stages and playing by myself.

Generally you won't see anything smaller than 4 MOA
