Excellent.  Another good drill for the plate rack.

 

Interesting that the same drill should be done with rifle and pistol too.

This looks to be a solid drill, I like how it trains you to keep the muzzle moving.

I have been using this drill. I don't have a plate rack, so I use the flip targets from Tooth and Nail. It is tough so go slow and get it clean.

I use static clays and have begun using this drill a lot.  I hate it because it makes me feel like a day one cherry, but I love it because my shotgun game has improved dramatically due almost entirely to this drill.
