Don't know, I'll see what everybody else does.

Probably the only major pistol match I'll shoot this year.

Nothing on the calendar that weekend! Time to reserve a room ASAP. What was the name of that place with the Pool?

I could use a new belt buckle too!

Can someone give a brief explanation on how one of these matches is conducted? I've only shot in matches at h&h or heartland. Is entry open to anyone with USPSA classification? Do you get to pick which days you want to shoot or is it random draw? How about squad...you pick or random?
Often wrong...seldom in doubt

You register. Shooting is both sat/sun. You squad up online on uspsa website. Consider it an h&h match just 3 times the size.

In the process of getting the time off work approved! Hope the boss man gives the A-OK. Never shot this match before.

Wonder why they are limiting it to three divisions. Looks like a historical thing based on past years results, just don't understand the logic.

I'm pretty sure they would let you shoot open if there happens to be a mag gauge around the chrono table.

TX usually splits their 'Championships' up...there is a TX Open Championship for example.
Last year, they allowed some well known Open shooters to shoot for no score and no prize table.

BTW, OK is doing the same thing this year...yall just had the SS match, the Prod/L10 match is next month, and Lim/Open is in the fall.

I shoot, therefore I aim.

For those of you who haven't shot his match, you should really check it out. Jimmy puts on a good match and he gives away belt buckles to the winners. Oh, and it was only 104 degrees last year! (but it's a dry heat :)
