I enjoy cooking and do a technique called Sous Vide.
the big thing is that you have to finish the proteins that you cook to get a great crust on a steak.

didn’t feel like being too fancy, so heated up some cauliflower mash and cooked my girls steak done as she likes it. Don’t mind the basic cake plates I wasn’t washing dishes that day lol.

Yeah that's the link - I pre-purchased it, so it was ~$60. I wouldn't pay $100+ for it they are asking now. However, it was the best steak I've ever had so far.
